Hasan Ahmadov, an employee of the "Cosmoline" Translation and Research Center and an expert on the Caucasus region, together with representatives of the Western Azerbaijan Community, visited the newly unveiled monument of Ashiq Alasgar.

Aziz Alekberli, Chairman of the Board of the Western Azerbaijan Community and Member of Parliament, who participated in the event, described the monument as a sign of the Azerbaijani people's respect for the memory of Ashiq Alasgar. He expressed his anticipation for the day when the monument of Ashiq Alasgar, destroyed by Armenians, would be restored and such an event would be held in the village of Aghkilsa in the Goycha region.
